Miksi Early Access?

We are going to be releasing "Carnage Kart X" in Early Access in hopes of getting feedback from players regarding the gameplay and mechanics of the game, as well as anything else that may come up.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

The amount of time the game will be in Early Access will depend on the responses we receive, the speed we are able to make content/updates, and how many people are interested in our game overall.

With that all said, I originally estimated 1-3 months, but after working on the game continuously since releasing it in December 2024, I would now estimate 6-9 months from when we released it into Early Access.

It's possible the game could be in Early Access for longer or shorter than that depending on lots of different factors, but we will fully release the game when we believe it is done (or can't afford to work on it any longer)

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version will hopefully have more weapons, stages, and better overall polish in regards to the vision we have for the game. It really also depends on what feedback we receive that we find realistically achievable for our small team to implement.

The Early Access version will have playable stages, races, and the core mechanics functional.

The game will be priced fairly accessibly during Early Access in order to attract players who will hopefully leave feedback, share their opinions, and help us grow our game into what we want it it be, and maybe even beyond that!

With that in mind, we may gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features as we believe the price should reflect that the game's change in value.

We will have a feedback form accessible in the game, as well as looking at the discussion boards here on Steam. We hope to have an open dialogue with our players and to provide honest responses to their feedback.
