“Battle Match is an evolving wargaming platform that will continue to grow and develop over time. We believe there's no reason to wait—so as soon as the game reaches a playable state, we want to share it, even with a minimal feature set. “Our goals for the full release include the following features:
- Improved simulation mechanics capable of modeling a wide variety of weapon systems.
- Seamless Steam Workshop integration for sharing and accessing mods.
- Support for clans and organized competitions.
- Additional features expected of any serious game, such as a tutorial and achievements.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“Entering EA, the game supports all features of Samurai Wars:
- Unit types: Ashigaru, Samurai, Cavalry
- Weapon types: Yari, Katana, Naginata, Bows, Matchlocks, Guns
- Sandbox mode
- Online battles”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“The sandbox mode will always remain free to access. If you purchase a Premium Pass during the Early Access period, you will get immediate access to all premium features, but your usage will not start counting until the game leaves Early Access. The pricing will not change due to ending the Early Access.”
