“At this point in development, the open-world starter zones and early versions of procedural dungeons have been developed. This is a good time to test out this content in hopes of getting feedback for future versions. The talent, equipment, and quest systems are all implemented, as well as some awesome combat from enemies and bosses that are ready for you to test your might on, with some specially challenging foes that can only found in Ritual events, which are the games hardest form of content. There are two types of Rituals waiting for you, Challenge events and Slayer events. Good luck, you'll need it.”

“I intend for this game to be in early access for roughly 6 months (possibly delays), with several large content updates and testing phases along the way.”

And tons of epic (and not so epic) loot, quests, abilities, and enemies.
