"Hornet the Vanguard2:The fox smirks" is a completely new mystery adventure game that progresses through the story by gathering information through escape games and uncovering lies through deduction.

The title of the sequel includes the ``Chapter3 Imperial Capital Serial Bombing Incident.''

The incident is completed in this chapter, so you can enjoy this work alone.

【Story】

April 2588, the Dainichi Empire.

The main character, Hachiya, is the commander of the combat unit of the Army's secret intelligence service, ``Theatre.''

By chance, he was busy doing chores with Yuzaki and Inugami, who became his subordinates.

Then, news arrives of a series of bombings by the anarchist Fox Masked Party (Komento), which is causing a stir in the world.

Hachiya embarks on an investigation with Utagawa, who was at the scene for some reason...

On the other hand, a woman, Akino, came to sightsee the imperial capital.

Along with his childhood friend Asahina, he gets involved in a bombing incident.

"I hate cherry blossoms. It brings back bad memories." -- Hachiya pursues the Komento for revenge.

``I like cherry blossoms because they remind me of important promises.'' Akino confronts the incident for the sake of her childhood friend.

Between these two determinations, what does the fox plan?

A Theater spy and the leader of the Hachiya Corps. The right arm is a prosthetic arm.

He has high fighting ability and quick thinking, but his flaw is that he is reckless and willing to get himself hurt.

He has a connection to the Fox Masked Party, and has formed a cooperative relationship with Utagawa in order to pursue them.

A cheerful woman who knows Kendo.

He comes to the imperial capital to meet his childhood friend Asahina, who has become a soldier, but gets involved in an incident there.

Because of his sense of justice, he tends to get involved in trouble, which worries his other childhood friend.
