Once a haven for entertainment business and beauty industry, the COSMIC facility on a remote tropical island becomes the center of a deadly biological incident. A mysterious outbreak has twisted the living and the dead into monstrous plant-zombie hybrids that prey on living flesh.

Trapped in the heart of the facility, an up-and-coming model, Nate, searches for a way out while fighting back against the horrors that stalk on every corridors. But, as he ventures deeper into the beauty company's dark secrets, he begins to uncover the sinister plot that threatens the very existence of humanity...
