A mysterious outbreak has twisted the living and the dead into monstrous plant-zombie hybrids that prey on living flesh.

Trapped in the heart of the hospital, four students search for a way out while fighting back against the horrors that stalk the wards and corridors. But as they venture deeper into the hospital's dark secrets, they begin to uncover the sinister plot that threatens the very existence of humanity…
