Shatter: Gang leader of the WARDEN KILLERS. He's mostly just recruited Pettys for now- but just you wait!

Constant: Anxious android security officer. He's gotten a bit addicted to shocking himself to help clear his mind. I'm sure that will end well.

Pettys: Petty criminals rendered spineless after a little soft lobotomy.
