DEMO DESCRIPTION

Get a slice of life from the Deadwood Drive experience.
Drive, log, and use special tools to explore your way through Deadwood to uncover what is really going on at the Luminex Factory.

In this demo you experience the general ideas for mechanics of the game, along side the some of the main folk-lore and plotline - all while exploring the Historic Deadwood portion of the map.

The full game experience is still very much under construction, and will include additional mechanics and more areas of the map such as the Deadwood Racetrack, The Old Forest, and Modern Deadwood City.

GAME DESCRIPTION

TAKE A DRIVE
Deadwood Drive - a low-poly adventure game with a dark twist. In the beautiful and secluded town of Deadwood, you will discover the tale of Thomas Sterling, the Luminex Factory, and the land's hidden powers. Are you just running a logging business, or is the town's destiny tied to you?

HISTORY
Deadwood is a quiet town. It's as old as the tallest trees themselves - some folks say. It is often said is that there is something out there in those trees.

Following the lore, years ago a man name Thomas Sterling put Deadwood "on the map" with his inventions. The world couldn't get enough of the genius secluded in Deadwood... until one day he disappeared.

Just as Thomas was going to make his biggest announcement, one he claimed would change the world overnight - he vanished. No one has seen him, or heard from him, since.

DEADWOOD NOW
Since then Deadwood has changed.
A new mayor and a giant factory have moved into town.
While the town's economy has been boosted by the new business, their spirits and morale have never been lower.

The Luminex Factory is a "materials plant" - focused on high quality ground-ore.
Although it has brought a bit of wealth to Deadwood, it has brought even more questions.
The Mayor has a peculiar interest in the Factory, and people are starting to question why.

YOUR CRUCIAL ROLE
Many people around town have their suspicions about what the Factory (and the Mayor) are actually up to, and no one was more suspicious than your distant relative Ray. Now that he is gone, it's your responsibility to help the people of Deadwood - and uncover the truth.
