„Please be aware that this is a project that is actively being worked on, we will have periodic wipes during Early Access - please read our FAQ on the forums to know more.

This is the right time to introduce Pantheon to a larger community, we’ve made great strides in development the last couple years and know full well that there are a lot of players waiting for an oldschool MMORPG. With this release we hope to provide a solid foundation to build upon, as we aren’t finished with all our key items. We will be launching Early Access with plenty of content for both hardcore and casual fans alike.

With the community’s help, we can be better informed about balance and gameplay feel, and squash bugs faster and more efficiently than possible without them. Early Access is an opportunity for us to create an ongoing, open dialogue with our players who can be directly involved in the evolution and growth of Pantheon.“

„We are planning to be in Early Access for at least two years, however, that’s subject to change. We’re confident in our release cadence but in case any issues pop-up we’ll have to divert resources to deal with that due to the nature of our small team.“

We also plan to add new enemies and dispositions, new zones with dungeons and secrets to find - as well as new classes and races with updated animations and VFX before 1.0 releases.“

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is unfinished. Early Access is a development stage for us. On Day 1, Pantheon will feature several playable races and classes, across 6 vast areas. Alongside that we will have plenty of dungeons, rare mobs, secrets and more.

Our climbing system is fully implemented, allowing players to scale and traverse the world more dynamically. Alongside that, players will also encounter our Acclimation system, making it harder to go through some areas without proper gear.

Crafting will be in, from weaponsmithing to artificer, there will be over 10 professions to choose from at the start, with multiple passes planned across crafting and gathering.

Core gameplay is in place and players can feel the very drastic difference between a level 1 and a level 40 player – alongside that our infrastructure is already in place and it’s fully scalable, which will allow us to host hundreds of players on a single server.

Death matters, players who meet their untimely fate will drop their possessions, having to request help or get their belongings back themselves, as well as losing a bit of precious XP.

In addition, we have a variety of in-game features, such as the LFG tab, UI, extra customer tools in development. Furthermore, plenty of art is still underway as well, so chances are if you find an oddly misplaced deer, that will be updated in the near future. It's worth to note that we are expecting periodic wipes, so if you're looking for a full experience, we recommend waiting for 1.0“

„Pantheon is a newcomer to the genre, but possesses old-school roots, originally, we contemplated on following a sub model, but are still evaluating our options and will be using the Early Access phase to open that dialogue with players. For now, Early Access will have a fixed box price, the same for the 1.0 release, with no additional costs. We will update the community in case this changes.“

„Pantheon starts and ends with our community, since our inception we’ve been closely tied to our players, old and new, and we’d like to not only keep that relationship, but expand and nurture it even further. Our social media, forums and Discord server are all very active and we read pretty much every comment. We will keep soliciting feedback from players as we have, and keep improving on their experience. We aim to update our Steam page very regularly, so keep an eye out for our next phase of development.

Above all else, we commit to listen to our players. Without them, this game wouldn’t be possible. We look forward to continue to make strides as we embark on this Early Access journey, and build an everlasting forever home we can all enjoy together, for many years to come.“
