"Operation Food to Gold - Rhythm game from Hell!" is a DLC only for the Rhythm aspect of the game. This DLC adds 8 new songs to the game that you can play together with Lucy and Lilly.

You can listen to the songs for free and in full in the options menu of the game, like all other songs. Then you can decide if you like them or not and if you want to play them in the Rhythm mode.
