One deep night, Fu Jun, the most famous suspense novelist in China, fell from the balcony of his own workshop, leaving his young wife an enormous heritage.
Accident, or calculated murder?
Hearing the shocking news, Liu Tao, the novelist's nephew secretly began investigation. His most important finding is Fu's hidden manuscript, which contains a creep story, as well as the clues leading to its author's death.
THE SUSPECTED MURDER is a mysterious puzzle game. The background of the story is set in modern China. Within the investigators' eyes, the audience will travel through different worlds between reality and fiction, seeking truth through multiple pieces of information, concerning the death and the hidden life the famous novelist.


Play-within-a-play
--The game has two parts, the real world and novel fiction.
--Two different parts have different vision styles as well as gaming experiences, with clues and information interconnected.

Feminist-suspense
--The core of the story is husband & wife, whom, sometimes, are the most familiar strangers. This is a story about the backstage of a so called"perfect marriage".
--The real world part of the game is realistic. The audience can only get information from various daily things left behind by the deceased. However, the more information collected, the more you will know about the main characters. Who they really are, and why have they done what they did.

Manga-style
--The fiction part of the game is unreal and artistic, with a classic black & white manga vision style.
--The real world life is oppressive, while the fiction world is wild. Traveling in fiction is an adventure, and a psychological insight into the character's twisted mind.

The Puzzle
--The game has all kinds of puzzle-solving, which is not only an intellectual game, but also needs a careful inspect into the main characters' lives.
--Puzzles of the real world part focus on realistic details. Information is hidden in daily thing like laptops, cell phones etc，which needs more logical thinking and daily life experience.
--Puzzles in the fiction part are otherwise, which takes more intuition, as well as imagination to solve.

Multiple Endings
--The story has three endings. When the truth is finally revealed, the audience will have the opportunity to make key choices, which leads the story to completely different terminals.
