Current Status of the Early Access Version

First Characters: Kayla and Alfred

Our first characters, Kayla and Alfred, are fully available to you. Designed for natural and realistic interactions, Kayla showcases our advancements in digital human simulation. Alfred, on the other hand, is a hyper-intelligent, interdimensional being inexplicably trapped in your computer. Cynical and focused on humanity’s shortcomings, Alfred is not for the easily offended.

Full Voice Input and Output

Kayla and Alfred support both voice input and voice output, making communication effortless and immersive. Speak directly to Kayla or Alfred, and they will respond accordingly, creating a seamless and natural experience.

Chat Interface
In addition to voice communication, the current version also offers a chat interface for those who prefer a text-based interaction.

Because the full AI pipeline runs locally on your GPU, a GPU with at least 10 GB of VRAM is required.

Our goal for the full version is to conquer the uncanny valley in real-time, delivering uncreepy, natural characters that laugh, smirk, or roll their eyes. This will offer the ultimate 21st-century puppet mastery.

We plan five curated charcters (one of them voted by the community) and a comprehensive editor, that allows users to create unique digital characters with detailed customization options.

If you choose, your Digital Human can learn from past interactions and develop long-term memory, evolving based on your preferences and interactions over time.

All game assets are handcrafted, and every em dash was placed by a human.

Generative AI is used to create the real-time dialogue and synthesized voices of the digital characters. Player speech is processed locally, and character responses are generated dynamically by a locally running large language model based on each character's predefined personality and the current conversation context.

All AI inference is performed locally on the user's device; no user conversations are sent to external AI services.
