What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We've been working on our game for so long and would love to have feedback and have friends and players be a part of seeing our game grow into what we will make it in time.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Six months maximum. We need enough time to implement the Condor character animations and a few extra maps into the game, but the base game endless mode is ready to ship now.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Rollin' Along has all the core features of our game. It has an endless mode marble shooter with power ups, collectables, and a fully animated character! The final version will differ from early access because it will take the core features of our early access build and expand upon them. We have a bonus character fully modeled, textured, and rigged, but his animations are still cooking. The early access version has a fully polished map with terrain and object animations, but the full version will have more maps using the assets we've created already and have yet to create.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of our game is a fully playable marble shooter game. The player navigates through an endless mode trying to keep balls away from the end of the map as the game gradually gets faster and adds more balls to try to overwhelm the player. It is fully playable and core feature complete. We have one fully finished and polished character and map, and the gameplay loop is complete.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price gradually as we add more content and features for players to interact with.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have a Discord server and are actively posting about development on social media. We are so excited to see what people have to say as time goes on.”
