Miksi Early Access?

The main goal is to nurture math focused communities in VR that have all the thirlls of learning and community enhanced by the creative opportunities of VR. Early Access gives us a chance to let the community help shape the developing narrative and offer valuable feedback on features. It is our intention to fully develop the narrative of escaping from the island by sea. We are also planning on creating asset packs that would allow users to create their own math presentations which would be shown on the expo deck of the Big Tree. We understand the commitment to the community of this endeavor and have long term support in mind.

It is planned that all of the platonic solids will contain teaching modules and interactables associated with various topics in mathematics. It is planned for The Library to be a separate level designed to teach about mathematics history and give access to great works of mathematics.

The app is fully functional on the dodecahedron and icosahedron, and facilitates rich multiplayer experiences through public and private rooms. It is, at its core, a fucntioning, math-themed VR Chat with social networking features.

Yes, we plan to slowly increase the price as new modules are added. Our intention is to add content to the game throughout its life. We plan to raise the price gradually as new features are added, eventually capping the price. We would expect to be able to offer early access purchasers all future updates without additional cost.

We are always open to feedback. We will be looking for community feedback related to asset packs that highlight particular branches of mathematics or that help facilitate tutoring. We hope this can become the broadest possible math community imaginable, with novices and experts alike feeling like they have a place to learn and contribute. Therefore, our length of vision is long-term.
