About This Game

Imaginary Friend Institution is a singleplayer psychological horror game where you play as Annabelle Walker, an 18-year-old institutionalised patient of the 1950s. Explore the massive Grimwell State Institution and survive the cult that reigns over Annabelle's home. She has "imaginary friends" on her side, but not everyone can see them. Each with minds and powers of their own, their aid may quickly turn disastrous.
