About This Game

Field of Polarity is a physics puzzle game where you solve challenges by altering global rules. In this grid-based world, you do not control individual objects—you change the "Direction of the Field" for the entire world. When the field shifts, everything moves with it.

Global Fields

Switch between and control the direction of global Electric or Force Fields to trigger synchronized displacement of all charges and objects.

• Electric Field: Affects only charged bodies; positive and negative charges move in opposite directions.

• Force Field: Affects all objects; pushes every physical entity within the scene.

Charge Transfer & Neutralization

• Charges can transfer between conductors under the influence of the Electric Field.

• When opposite charges meet, they neutralize and vanish.

Special Objects & Devices

These devices alter the behavior of the rules within the field, constructing complex logic for puzzles.

• Insulator: Cannot carry charge and is immune to Electric Fields, but can be pushed by Force Fields.

• Shielder: Blocks the propagation of Electric Fields, creating an "Electric Shadow" behind it.

• Charger: Grants specific positive or negative polarity to neutral conductors passing through it.

• Potential Well: Captures charged objects and restricts their movement; objects can only break free after losing their charge.

• Electric Fence: A physical barrier that blocks objects but allows charges to cross between adjacent conductors.
