Why Early Access?

“My initial scope was limited to covering World War 1. But as I finished development of this time period I realized it felt rather unsatisfying to end the game at the signing of the Treaty of Versailles. As if it was merely setting up future conflicts.
Therefore I've opted to continue development in order to expand the duration of the game. This means covering the time period of 1914-2000, with a special emphasis on World War I & II, The Interwar and The Cold War.
For this reason I want to involve players throughout the development to ensure the game remains both engaging and historically accurate.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The roadmap is divided into 5 major stages. I consider the first one (World War One) practically finished, something which has taken me roughly a year of full-time development. I'm going to develop and refine each stage to the same degree. Therefore a very rough estimate might be around 3-4 years.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The complete version is intended to cover the years 1914-2000 with distinct gameplay for four major historical periods.

“I intend to keep the same price throughout development as well as for the finished version.”

“Community feedback is something I value highly. Not just for the purpose of ensuring the game is enjoyable and bug-free, but also due to the very real history my game covers.
In practical terms this means I'm active in both the Steam and Reddit community for my game. Whether this be for discussions, suggestions, or bug reports.”
