2. Iterate and Refine: With the community's input, we can focus our efforts on enhancing the aspects of the game that players enjoy the most. Rapid iteration ensures that the game evolves based on real-world player experiences.

3. Deliver a Polished Final Product: Early Access gives us the opportunity to identify and fix issues before the full release, ensuring a high-quality experience for all players.

We are committed to the ongoing development of Soulfall. This includes engaging with player feedback, regularly updating the game with new features and content, and seeing the project through to its full release. «We have tentatively set our internal development timeline as being a year or less for the 1.0 release, but of course development timelines depend on many outside factors that are not within our control. We plan on posting frequent progress updates so that the community is aware of any potential setbacks and never blind-sided by unexpected delays.»

«Soulfall in its Early Access state represents a focused slice of the overall vision for the game. Currently, players can descend into Hell, engaging in thrilling battles and descending into its depths to face off against hordes of demons, as well as return to town to change characters, store loot, create potions, or upgrade armor and weapons.

For the full release, we aim to significantly expand the game’s scope. Our plans include introducing an overworld for players to explore, along with a full story campaign that delves into the lore of who you are, how you arrived at the gates of Hell, and the purpose behind your journey. Additionally, we intend to incorporate multiplayer features, including modes like PvP, speed running, map racing, and campaign co-op, to enhance the gameplay experience.

While these features represent our goals for 1.0, the Early Access version already offers a complete and engaging experience that we plan to continually build upon based on player feedback.»

«The current state of Soulfall offers a fully playable and enjoyable experience with several key features already implemented. Players can expect:

• Two main levels: 1. the town level where you can create characters, store items in your stash, craft potions, and modify weapons and armor and 2. the main level where you can descend into Hell featuring a 20-minute survival gameplay loop with increasingly difficult hordes of enemies.
  
• Three distinct character classes (Warrior, Mage, Hunter), each with unique abilities and playstyles.
  
• Boss battles with unique mechanics every 2 minutes, culminating in a final boss at the 20-minute mark.
  
• A robust leveling system with randomized attributes to enhance replayability.
  
• An engaging combat system with melee, ranged, and magical abilities.
  
• Core mechanics such as XP crystal collection, ability progression, and loot drops.

All of these features are designed to deliver a polished and fun standalone experience. While the game is still in development, this Early Access version provides plenty of content to keep players engaged as we continue to improve and expand Soulfall based on player feedback»
