About This Game

Now that you have risen to power, you set your sights on neighboring regions.

Expand

Expanding is the only option to prosper and secure the future of your house.
Use imperial resources to raise new armies to expand your domains.
Manage provinces wisely to generate resources.
Recruit men to defend your provinces
Set income taxes to increase the imperial treasury.
Transfer men and money from provinces to imperial reserves

Rule

But expanding has its problems
Too many recruits or taxes can hurt the support of your citizens
Losing battles will undermine the trust of your citizens and armies
The population might protest against you
Provinces may even declare themselves independent
Avoid this by upgrading provinces with their own resources or using resources from the empire
Transfer men from imperial recruits to the province defenses to contain protests
Appoint magistrates to maintain order
Occupy troublesome provinces with your armies to cut off any protests
