- It is forbidden for individuals or organizations to produce, use, or store artificial intelligence centers for the production or command of war machines. Psychic Inspection Department Criminal Division - Introduction to Some Characters

Varnity: Graduated from the Psychology Department of the Third Super University of Lipsiwoz. Due to an accident, the body below the third rib was prosthetically transformed.
