« I’m very satisfied with how the Beta turned out, mainly because of the connection and feedback from the players. I want the game to grow even more through community interaction. »

« My estimate is a few months. I already have the next content expansions planned, but they will depend on the changes that arise from feedback. »

« My goal for the full version of Argonauts Path is to have all three Argonauts (Louis the Voodooist, Evander the Hero, and Aisling the Shapeshifter) fully polished, add Steam achievements, implement a run evaluation system, and improve animations. I will release updates as needed. »

« Currently, the game is fully playable from start to finish. It features two difficulty modes, which, along with the three final bosses, give access to six different parts of the story. Of the three main characters planned for the full version, two are already available: Louis and Evander. »

An incredible and fast-paced roguelike deckbuilding game where you’ll probably die or become a hero—most likely the former.

You will travel from village to village across the Samothrer region on a path of combat and growth, eventually exiling a Divine and safeguarding humanity for 300 more years. The heroes have been linked to the Argos (the most important divine artifact that records your time, allowing you to return to that moment if you die). You will choose your heroes and embark on a quest to save humanity in a battle against the 7 Divines, corrupt gods with the power to dominate humankind.

In the game, you’ll go through 7 villages where you will find missions and 3 support elements. You’ll play as heroes who grow stronger with each run, and with each level, you’ll be granted the choice of two divine blessings. The missions, what you encounter in each village, as well as the possibility of special rewards during missions, will depend on your luck. Along with the blessings (which heavily influence gameplay), this ensures that each game is different and new.

Support elements in the village:

Merchant (you can buy 3 cards)
Shaman (you can remove and upgrade cards, once for free)
Spa (you can heal all or half of your health)
The Artifact (the first time, it will increase your base health and energy; subsequent times, it will increase your max health in exchange for some health)

The missions mainly consist of combat encounters against enemies, divided into ranks:

1st Village - Rank 1
2nd Village - Rank 2
3rd Village - Rank 2
4th Village - Rank 3
5th Village - Rank 4
6th Village - Rank 4
7th Village - Rank 5
One of the 3 Fallen

So, the missions will sometimes lead you to tough encounters that may kill you. You must weigh whether you are ready to face the challenge and grow stronger by confronting these challenges or continue on your path, which will increase the difficulty of your future encounters.
