“Rotten Sails has a solid core gameplay loop that I'm excited to share. The game offers genuine co-op horror fun in its current state, and Early Access gives me the opportunity to build on what works while getting valuable player insights. This approach allows me to focus development efforts on the aspects that resonate most with the community.”

“I'm aiming for 6–10months, but development timelines may vary depending on player feedback and the scope of improvements I decide to pursue.”

The exact direction will be shaped by what players enjoy most and the creative opportunities that emerge during development. Early Access is my chance to build something with the community rather than just for them.”

“The current version includes the essential elements of the experience:
• Multiple locations to sail between and explore
• Working co-op multiplayer for shared horror moments
• Loot collection and enemy encounters
• Team quota system that drives gameplay
• Atmospheric elements that set the mood

The game is completely playable with friends, with all core mechanics implemented and functioning. There's room for expansion and polish, but the fundamental experience is here.”

“There are no plans to change the price after Early Access at this time.”

“I'm planning to be involved via talking through Discord, Steam communities and maybe alternative channels like video comments or something I'm not familiar with yet. Wherever my players are, I will be there.”
