Unlike the first game, which only had a single enemy, Question Mark 2 has several different enemies that must be defeated to progress in the game. The game now has a HUB level (a level that gives access to the other levels), with each completed level you will receive a key to open the next one, an operation similar to games such as Turok Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2 Seeds of Evil.
