Elementers

After a brutal attack on your home village, embark on a training journey with fellow young wizards to defend your homeland. As you progress, you'll unlock and equip various abilities. Dive into casual or competitive PvP modes, or team up with up to three friends for challenging co-op story missions.

Miksi Early Access?

I choose to go with the Early Access route to give players the chance to try out the game, leave feedback and help steer development on the right track.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Elementers will be in free to play in Early Access until it's in a solid state, this might take around 2 years, more or less based on how fast I can add stuff.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

For the full version, the goal is to have:
• A wide range of playable characters, and abilities
• A leveling system
• Save&Load
• Multiple Co-op PVP levels, with the possibility of a future dedicated server for matchmaking and competitive mode.
• Multiple Co-op Story PVE missions with up to 4 players.
• Level editor and a simple visual scripting for Player Made Missions directly in the game, with the possibility of custom-made abilities.
• Local Co-op & Couch Co-op

Development will also continue after launch, adding more abilities, characters, missions, and more features.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version has:
• 2 Playable characters, earth, and fire.
• 12 Abilities unlocked by default, which can also be used by Npc's.
• A loadout system and menu where players can change their equipped abilities/character.
• A dialogue system where people can interact and inspect objects.
• A training zone where players can try out abilities.
• And a 1V1 duel arena where players can invite 1 friend to fight, the more damage you receive the higher the knockback, the one who falls over the map edge first loses.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

During the Early Access Elementers is completely free, no microtransactions, no dlc's leaving me the full time to focusing on gameplay while receiving feedback.
After the Early Access, the game might become paid or remain free to play but with dlc's and in game purchases.
The prices will be set based on the quality of the game and the amount of features it has, making sure that the user will get the best price for the amount of content provided.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

Yes, I won't play the game alone, so the Community must like the game too.
I'm open to suggestions and feedback. I can rewrite systems which are not good enough, or even remove parts of the game which are not fun.

PVP and soon Co-op PVE
You can invite your friend to a duel, more pvp gamemodes coming soon!
The Co-op pvp missions are work in progress, the game systems already allow PVE, but the full missions system is not yet implemented.
You will be able to play the game story through missions with up to 4 players!
There is also a level editor planed for player made missions, with a level editor and a simple visual scripting.

Loadout System
Customize your loadout, if you don't like an ability, just change it!
You can equip 1 generic dash, 1 generic melee and 4 character specific abilities.
Dashes and melees are usable by all characters.

Many Abilities to unlock, soon more!
Currently, there are 12 abilities to equip and try out.
The leveling system is a work in progress, so all abilities are unlocked by default.
