About This Game

Campfire is a life adventure around several campfires, set in various and splendid environments. From encounter to encounter and question to question, you will write a beautiful life story full of empathy and exchange. In the safe place you will build, you can share your stories and listen to those of others to create a collective narrative full of compassion.


In this game, the goal is to welcome players from around the world. By answering various questions – sometimes funny, sometimes deep – you will share your stories and personal tales that are dear to you. There is no direct interaction with other players, allowing you to discover others at your own pace, while avoiding hurt or harm.


You can choose to answer or ignore questions, select favorite interlocutors, or ban those you don't like. A story mode allows you to follow the evolution of several endearing characters and help them grow. As you progress, you will unlock new locations, characters, and customization elements for your safe place.


The game includes a creation mode where you can customize your campfire with accessories (garlands, a guitar), decorative elements (a piece of furniture, a piano), or one-time-use items (fireworks, shared food). You can create your avatar with over 10 models, customizable with color and clothing selectors.


The campfires, with beautiful hand-painted and animated settings, are varied, ranging from a forest to a beach at sunset, a blanket fort, a mountain chalet, or even a snowy cliff. The music, composed by Camille Quinton, features a collection of very gentle and soothing piano pieces, adding a touch of magic to every moment of the game.


To ensure a positive and benevolent experience, all responses are moderated and filtered. You can choose to no longer interact with certain interlocutors and set triggers to avoid. The game encourages empathy and kindness by allowing you to click on shooting stars to collect customization elements to offer to other players you appreciate.
