About This Game

Seabed Settlers is a city-building strategy game set beneath the waves of a ruined Earth, inspired by classics such as Ceasar III, Anno, Pharaoh and others.

Humanity has fled the surface, now rendered uninhabitable by radiation. You are the Overseer of one of the last hopes for civilization—tasked with building, sustaining, and expanding a self-sufficient underwater colony.

A City Beneath the Sea

This is a city-building strategy game set beneath the waves of a ruined Earth. Humanity has fled the surface, now rendered uninhabitable by radiation. You are the Overseer of one of the last hopes for civilization—tasked with building, sustaining, and expanding a self-sufficient underwater colony.

Deep Systems, Classic Roots

Seabed Settlers draws inspiration from classic city-builders of the late 90s and early 2000s—games that emphasized long-term planning, resource balance, and interconnected systems. Structures evolve as needs are met. Immigration flows based on reputation and stability. A poorly managed city may spiral out of control—just as success can snowball into expansion and new opportunities.

Don't Grow Too Fast

With the right know-how you can pass the earlier levels relatively quickly. Soon however you will find that you need to carefully manage the amount of habitats compared the amount of resources and infrastructure. The key to success is gradual and planned improvement of your city.

Threats From the Deep

Survival isn’t just about food and shelter. Radiation-born mutants now roam the oceans, and failing to maintain proper defenses can have dire consequences. Some maps demand careful placement of sentries, resource prioritization, and emergency response systems. From pirate raids to searing heat and internal strife—every threat needs a solution.

A Growing Challenge

The game features a handcrafted campaign with multiple scenarios. Each new zone brings unique terrain, resources, and environmental challenges. You'll unlock new technologies and structures as you progress—upgrading your colony’s capabilities while expanding your influence across the seabed.

Designed for Strategy Fans New and Old

Seabed Settlers aims to capture the spirit of the classics while offering quality-of-life improvements and modern presentation. Whether you’ve spent hundreds of hours in old-school city-builders or are discovering the genre for the first time, the game provides a structured but flexible experience.

Your choices shape the survival—and potential rebirth—of humanity. No two colonies will be the same.
