Miksi Early Access?

Early Access allows us to share the game with the community at an early stage of development in order to receive feedback and improve the gaming experience accordingly. This allows us to get new ideas for the game that we might never have thought of, while also giving the community a game they could participate in developing.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We plan to fully release Project Hortus after about one year in Early Access. However, this may change depending on the amount of feedback we receive.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version is planned to offer a more comprehensive gaming experience, with additional features, content and optimizations, partly based on feedback from the Early Access phase. We also plan to expand the map with new regions and increase the amount of buildings available.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version includes two regions of the planet and two phases of city development, which include a variety of different buildings. The Early Access version also offers further basic game mechanics and initial story elements.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to keep the price at the same level during and after Early Access.

After humanity destroyed Earth, you and a few others managed to escape with a spaceship. However, a serious accident forces you to crash-land on the nearest planet, Hortus Prime. Despite the advanced time period, you must start from scratch and adapt to the resources available on the planet. Your ultimate goal is always in sight: to ensure the survival of humanity.

With limited resources, you build your first village, gradually developing it into a thriving city. Your options are diverse, but remember that management becomes more complex as the city grows. The infrastructure must sustain your citizens, the storage should be filled but never overwhelmed, and you must be mindful of living in harmony with the planet to avoid further destruction.

But beware! You are not alone on Hortus Prime. During your exploration, you will encounter dangers that could jeopardize your existence...
