Miksi Early Access?

DrainSim already has its full core gameplay and physics, and Early Access helps me expand it together with the community. I plan to add more maps, tools, and features, and Early Access gives me the chance to refine the experience based on real player feedback. It also allows me to build and test the upcoming sandbox where players can create their own scenarios and share them through the Workshop.

Around 12 months. The timeframe may extend slightly if larger features or community ideas need more development time.

The full version is planned to include additional maps, more tools and interactions, the scenario-building sandbox, and Workshop support for sharing player-made scenarios. I also expect the final version to incorporate performance improvements, quality-of-life updates, and adjustments shaped by community feedback.

DrainSim includes the complete core gameplay loop, water physics, and tools, along with multiple playable levels. The main systems are fully functional, and players can already experience the core of the game as intended. More content and features will be added throughout Early Access.

Yes. The price will increase once the game leaves Early Access to reflect the additional content and features added during development.

I use community feedback to shape new features, improve existing tools, and decide which maps or ideas should be prioritized. Players can share suggestions, report issues, and test new builds through the Discord community and Steam discussions. Early Access updates will be based on real player experiences, and I’ll continue adjusting the game’s balance, tools, and content according to what players find most fun or useful.
