Lifting Unlimited’s realistic weightlifting progression patterns make it a challenge to discover the most efficient way to make progress in each lift. But be wary of large weight jumps which risk an injury! Keep your nutrition up by drinking frequent protein shakes to ensure you continue progressing. Once you are sufficiently strong, you can compete in Local, State, National, and International Competitions, attempting to score the highest total in the three lifts.
