Welcome to ANGST: A TALE OF SURVIVAL, a unique top-down survival game with roguelite player progression. Craft, explore, and develop your character to survive in this quest-rich adventure.




Brave the hostile wilderness of The Hopeward Hollow to uncover why you are here. Craft essential tools, clothes, and weapons. Hunt, fish, and fight to survive, as this seems the only way out. Scavenge through various biomes, each with unique characteristics and mysteries. Complete quests to reveal the world’s hidden past. Upgrade your skills and gear to venture deeper into the freezing wilderness, but be warned: what lurks in the icy darkness can thwart your plans.



Stay alive by managing your survival needs during day and night. Craft, hunt, fish, set traps, and search for life-saving food and equipment. Avoid hostile wildlife, harsh temperatures, and take care of your gear. Wolves, bears, and other animals, as well as mysterious entities, compete with you for survival.

The roguelite mastery progression system enhances the slow-paced wilderness survival gameplay. Upgrade your character with new skills and crafts by extending your survival streaks. Unlock new abilities and crafts in a non-linear fashion, allowing you to tailor your hero builds to your play style.
