About This Software

Deep desktop facilitates the usage of the latest monocular depth estimation algorithms to use them on the content of your screen or videos:

  • Easy model installation: Download and install depth models and their requirements directly from the app.

  • Multiple viewing modes: Choose VR, side-by-side stereoscopic output, anaglyph, or a standard 2D preview.

  • Adjustable depth screen: Customize depth strength, screen size, curvature, cropping, and filters to suit your content.

  • Explore the scene: Use head movement or movement controls to view the generated depth from different angles.

  • Local processing: Run entirely on your computer, nothing is sent online. Some models are installable entirely offline.

  • Multi-GPU support: Use a second supported GPU for depth estimation to reduce contention with VR rendering.
