About This Game

Upstream Ante is a Poker/Texas Hold'em inspired roguelike card game all about strategically placing big bets and unleashing powerful hands.

Combine normal cards with Jokers along with your buff and debuff cards to craft new synergies and strategies to win. Earn enough chips to uncover more Jokers, and force the enemy to 0 money to raise the intensity even more, making things more chaotic and intense. You’re going to need every edge you can get in order to reach the intensity level 15 to secure a victory.

  • Endless possibilities - every upgrade, debuff, discard, angel card, devil card and joker can dramatically alter the course of your run.
  • 16 unique Upgrades and Debuffs with 22 unique Jokers to spice things up between each hand.
Listen to the Jazz fused Lo-fi soundtrack, wind down and unwind, and go with the flow. Calm down, relax, and enjoy yourself.

8 Game Modes to choose from that changes how the game is played so you can find the best way to play your own way.
