Adventuring in the world of Dwarf Fortress isn't easy, but it's so much more enjoyable when listening to the music intended to accompany your wanderings. This second volume of the soundtrack presents slightly more structured musical experiences, reflecting the more individual journey this mode of gameplay offers, whether you decide to explore human cities, delve into forgotten caverns, or revisit your favorite old fortress.

In the game, a dynamic music system offers a unique audial experience every time you play, but here the composers Dabu and Simon Swerwer have "baked" out special curated versions of these musicscapes for your enjoyment. You may never actually encounter these exact "songs" while playing the game, but they will nonetheless be deeply familiar after your many adventures.
