About This Game

Do You Remember?
A singleplayer horror and exploration/puzzle story game with realistic, dreamcore, nostalgic, and surreal visuals.

A deep and engaging story with lore and secrets!

Basic rundown of the story without spoilers: you play as someone who woke up in a strange and dreamy place, but they wake up unable to remember anything about who they are, the life they lived, or where they are. They know this strange place has something to do with them and why they cant remember, but finding the answers is easier said than done. They search for anything that could remind them anything about themself and the life they lived, but they cant shake this feeling of something ominous, urgent, and inevitable....

Play through the story, explore and search for answers, find collectable/hidden objects and minigames to uncover secrets and memories.

The goals for developing this game was to make a unique exploration, horror, and puzzle game with a deep story incorporating feelings based on nostalgia, not wanting to forget, and the feelings that come with realising things have changed, you've forgotten old memories, and missing a time that has long passed and wont be coming back.

Developer notes.

  • This game has been a concept since mid-late 2022, and this version of the game itself has been in development since late 2023 ( and is still in very active development ) by me, a 16 year-old solo game developer. watch for the demo/beta playtest release coming soon!
  • This game is very special and personal to me. It's also the first big game project I've gotten into! I've been working very hard for a long time trying to learn all i need to learn to be capable of creating this game do all this game. this game and its story has gone through several iterations, restarting development, etc, which has been very time consuming. Because of how important this game and its story is to me. i will be sticking with this game until it is as in-line with my goals for it as humanly possible.
One of the past iterations of the story i plan to release as its own game in the future! because it was too good, but didnt fit this game.
  • I hope you enjoy this game, and please provide constructive feedback if you have any! ( this is my first game, its reasonably ambitious, and im making it alone, so constructive feedback is deeply appreciated! )
  • Made in Unreal Engine 5.4, supporting Lumen, Nanite, TSR, software ray tracing and hardware ray tracing, with careful optimization for both performance and visuals. support for DLSS 3.7, FSR 3.1, and XESS 1.3 to help boost frame rates without having to sacrifice much quality.
