About This Game

Shroud is a 2D action platformer with inspiration from the slower methodical approach and weight of the classic Castlevania games with a mix of discovery and vertical movement options in the Super Nintendo Mega Man X games. Shroud features a wide variety of platforming gimmicks and weapon interactions, all of which blend seamlessly with the theming of every stage. Shroud is hood to toe filled with surprising encounters and challenges reminiscent of its inspirations.
