Step into MOONGATE, a remote research station for interdimensional travel. Now silent and abandoned, its portals still hum with energy, leading to unknown worlds. Enter, discover what lies beyond and unravel the fate of the station’s crew.

Features

• Old-school FPS combat fused with dungeon-crawling exploration: Explore randomly generated levels and fight vile creatures in classic first-person shooter style: fast-paced action, a wide range of unique weapons and a multitude of enemies.

• Randomly-generated dungeons: No playthrough of a level will be the same as an advanced level-generator creates unique rooms, corridors and multi-floor level layouts from hand-made tilesets every time you enter.

• A nonlinear hub full of locked doors and secrets: The hub connects your randomized runs. While dungeons reset each time, progress in the hub is permanent. Open shortcuts, find hidden powerups and unlock new areas as you bring back key items.

• Full procedural animation: Each enemy is procedurally animated, enabling highly dynamic movement and interaction with the environment. Every motion (down to individual body parts) is calculated in real time using factors like velocity, damping, and frequency.

• Gore galore: Stagger your enemies or shoot off body parts to impair their movement and abilities. All gibs and bloodstains stay on floor, leaving a visceral trail that clearly marks your conquered territory.
