In Deity's Domain, you play as a young deity born from the union of Freya's sweat and Forseti's blood during the war between the Aesir and Vanir. Your goal is to reach Asgard and claim your place among the major deities. Build and manage a civilization on a mystical island, earning the faith of your followers and competing against other supernatural forces in a world inspired by Norse mythology.

Divine Freedom:

• Choose how to rule: through love or fear. Every decision you make influences your appearance and the world around you. If you perform good deeds, your hand emits light and your island thrives with lush plants and colorful flowers. If you opt for evil acts, your appearance becomes skeletal, and your domain darkens, withering the land and spreading terror. Your moral alignment not only alters the environment but also affects interactions with other gods and your followers.

Your Creature:

• The Creature is your manifestation on Earth—a divine wolf descendant of Fenrir gifted by Freya. Watch your Creature grow from a pup to an adult, shaping its behavior through praise and reprimand. Teach the Creature how to act: it can protect your followers, help gather resources, or instill fear in your enemies. Each of its actions reflects your choices, making it a powerful and faithful ally in your divine ascent.

Deep Interaction:

• Use your Divine Hand to interact directly with the world. Shape the terrain, move objects, and manipulate the fate of mortals. Draw runes on the ground to cast miracles that alter the course of events: unleash beneficial rains, grow forests, or provoke devastating calamities. Each miracle requires Power, obtained through the faith of your followers and the mysterious energies of the island.

Mysteries of the Island:

• The island you rule is rich in secrets and wonders. At its center stands a sapling of Yggdrasil, the cosmic tree, which you can protect or exploit to gain additional Power. Explore ancient caves, discover hidden runes, and interact with entities like Hel and the Norns. Use the Thread of the Norns to anticipate your opponents' moves and plan your actions. Each discovery adds depth to your adventure, offering unique challenges and rewards.

Competition Among Deities:

• You're not the only one seeking glory. Other deities compete for the mortals' faith. Defend your island from enemy attacks, sabotage their plans, and employ strategies to convert their followers to your cause. Every citizen can change their faith based on divine actions that influence their life, making the competition intense and strategic.

  

Building and Management:

• Build your capital and develop a prosperous society. Assign roles to citizens—such as farmers, woodcutters, priests, and explorers—to grow and sustain your civilization. Manage vital resources like food, wood, and stone, carefully planning to meet the population's needs. Every economic and social decision impacts the well-being of your followers and their faith in you, directly influencing your divine ascent.

A Living and Mythological World:

• Experience the passing of seasons and years, with day and night cycles that affect the citizens' activities. Interact with deities like Freya, Loki, and Odin, each with their own personality and agenda. Explore the depths of Norse mythology, unveiling secrets and intertwining your destiny with that of the gods. Your actions write the history of mortals and shape the fate of the world.
