“We aim to create the "ultimate survival game" by starting with features we are confident in delivering while iterating on more complex mechanics as development progresses. Initially, Early Access will include one handcrafted map, designed without procedural generation to provide a rich and immersive storytelling experience through our islands.

We are also exploring the development of a single-player/coop storyline as a potential future addition. However, given the scope of this project, this narrative aspect is still in its conceptual stages and will only proceed after significant progress is made on the multiplayer portion of the game.”

Emerge onto an island plagued by chaos and mystery. From humble beginnings, forge your path amidst a sprawling sandbox of peril and opportunity. Survive against the odds as you scavenge amongst the undead, build, and battle your way to dominance. Tame beasts, construct naval warships, and navigate a world where danger lurks around every corner. With each sunrise, a new challenge arises, pushing your limits in this relentless quest for supremacy. Will you conquer the island, or become just another victim of the Grimm Harvest?

Players must navigate a harsh and unforgiving environment filled with threats both alive and undead. From battling the undead, scavenging for resources, taming wild animals, setting up traps, to contending with rival survivors, every decision you make under the sun helps you to survive till the next day...if you survive the night. In this world, there are no rules that define what you can do, and who you will become. Become friends with the local carnivore, trade with a questionable pirate, stalk your ex-lover, have a pet pig named bacon, beg for resources with your proximity-voice, the choice is yours.

Grimm Harvest offers a wide-variety of benefits to our players such as hand-drawn environments for players to delve into, and conquer. From the start of our release, we plan on pushing regular balance fixes, improvements to AI, additions to our story, as well as core mechanics and features. Grimm Harvest has an intrinsic storyline that we wish to tell throughout the maps that we create for our game. We plan on adding content on a monthly basis such as new maps, new weapons, vehicles, bosses, and much more. Some of the coolest features of our game include:

  • Zombie + Boss Zombie System

  • Crafting System

  • Building System

  • Talent + Experience System

  • Taming System

  • Farming System

  • Combat System

  • Naval System [Planned]

  • PVE Event System

Our building system offers complete freedom. Craft any structure imaginable, from wooden cabins to metal fortresses that make even the biggest of groups question if you have a life or not, with upgradeable walls and various styles of course to suit your needs. Strategically place your base, design for both offense and defense, and conquer or raid enemies using destructible environments and advanced mechanics like lockpicking and code cracking while they're asleep. But remember, in this harsh world, strategy and skill are what will take you to the top.

On this island, everything you do will give you experience, allowing you to specialize yourself into whatever you truly wish to do, and enhance yourself. Gain and show off titles from your experience on this island, track down players and their last actions, allow the inner voices warn you of possible danger nearby, and much more.
