早期アクセスにした理由

“Having the game in Early access, would allow players to help me define the direction of Dead Beyond from the very beginning with feedback and suggestions. This will be a crucial part to help me make the best survival FPS out there.”

大体どのくらいの期間このゲームを早期アクセスにする予定ですか？

“I don't have a clear idea of how long it will take me to finish the game. Dead Beyond is a long term project and I am building it solo, which makes even more difficult to give estimates. Before releasing the Early Access version of the game I plan on publishing multiple public demos, which will be released for free to gather feedback, suggestions and bug hunting.

Being a solo project, the rough estimate for how long the game will be in Early Access would be somewhere around 2-4 years, but this is subject to change based on how the game evolves and how many people might work on it in the future.”

“I plan on adding more weapons, more POI (points of interest) in the world and more customizations which can be applied to the player. I also plan on adding modding into the game once it is out of Early Access.”

“The aim of the early access is to provide the basic vibes and core mechanics to the game. This involves:

- Core FPS mechanics
- Full weather cycle
- 10 fully animated weapons
- Inventory and looting system
- Enemy AI system
- Shelter system”

早期アクセス期間中と期間後ではゲームの価格は変わりますか？

“The price will increase once the game goes out of early access, but I don't have a clear idea of how much is it going to be at this stage.”

コミュニティは開発プロセスにどのように関わることができますか？

“The community feedback and suggestion is going to be a crucial factor in the development of Dead Beyond. I am using multiple social media channels but I will focus on Discord, I am also really active on Youtube and Twitter to post updates and news, so make sure to follow the game to be always on top of the latest news.

There will be at least two Public Demos before the Early access release. I don't have dates yet, but this is my rough roadmap. I will use the two demos to gather feedback ask for suggestions and bug hunting.”

FERAN is a multiplayer, open-world survival game set in a brutal post-apocalyptic landscape teeming with undead and wild animals.

Civilization collapsed under a misterious outbreak that turned millions into relentless zombies, only scattered survivors remain. You are one of them.

Feran is what the survivors now call the Earth — a name born from the ashes of collapse. Explore abandoned cities, forests, and underground facilities to survive alone or with friends.

  • Surviving – Gather food, medicines and water. Plant and grow your own food or hunt a dozen unique wild animals to survive.

  • Quest – Meet several NPCs who buy and sell goods and offer quest jobs for rewards.

  • Drive – Get around the world with cars or tracks. Learn the recipes, customize and refuel your own vehicles.

  • Build – Fortify your own home, construct facilities and design your own defence system with traps, electric power and automated doors to defend yourself against zombies and raiders.

  • Crafting – Find schematics to learn new recipes to repair weapons, cook food and handcraft clothes and armour.

  • Weather events – a season inspired day cycle with random atmospheric events will effect gameplay, like body temperature dropping in winter and walking on slippery surface on icy roads.

  • Combat - a modular weapon system which allows to add weapons accessories like scopes, silencers and magazines to your weapons. Use bandages to stop bleeding and sleep to heal your wounds.
