In this dystopian action-adventure, Benji Freese awakes to find himself imprisoned by a cunning, sadistic computer AI.

Tortured and given no other options, he reluctantly accepts the computer's dangerous mission in hopes of regaining his precious freedom.

Take control of Benji as he travels to the most spine-chilling parts of the galaxy battling ruthless mercenaries, horrific undead creatures, and murderous cyborgs bent on stopping him in his path.

Benji and the Crystal of Light employs a system of movement-based combat inspired by legendary games like Doom and Cuphead. But running and gunning isn't the only thing that is demanded of you.

The musical score to Benji and the Crystal of Light is an amalgamation of sounds from 1980’s science-fiction movies and ambient electronic music.

The electronic instruments and synthesizers harmonize to create a nostalgic, gloomy listening experience. Thus, the barrier between the player and Benji’s lone-wolf journey is further dissolved.
