Monster Charmer is a game that centers around consensual, explicit sexual acts between the player's customizable character and a variety of fantasy creatures such as Goblins, Orcs, Minotaurs, Succubi, and more.

All of the sexual content is optional and the player can choose to engage in or skip it.

Character customization includes detailed options for appearance and anatomy, including genital customization, which is reflected during sexual acts.

The game includes stylized cartoon violence in addition to the adult content.
