Why Early Access?

“Before this project, I worked as a game designer in a mobile game company.

But I wanted more freedom to express the world I wanted to the player. And designing microtransactions for mobile games quickly killed my passion in game development.

I want to stop and try to do something different, instead of having my creativity restricted by companies. I decided to leave the company and become an indie game developer.

So...Here the answer... Void Foundation: Into The Void

Early access allows me to listen the opinions of the majority of players and improve the gameplay.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Hopefully completed by the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025.
I don't plan to set a time limit for this game. As long as I can hand over a game that neither I nor the players can enjoy, it is acceptable to invest more and more time to perfect it.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Complete story, at least 5 ecosystems.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“A complete two-chapter story.
Two ecosystems and corresponding monsters.
As well as a set of SCP-like settings for each monster, including their independent stories.

The basic system has been completed.
However, more combat systems may be added in the future and may added as the chapters progress to improve gameplay.

Because the game partially references the darkest dungeon, I am now wondering whether to add a hunger system and a sanity system.
However, some test subjects have reported that the difficulty of the game is a bit high now. This is one of the main reasons why I want to open early access to listen to more players' opinions.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I have no plans to raise the price after the game is completed.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Void Foundation: Into The Void has X and Discord accounts.
If you have any opinions, I will listen to them. But keep in mind, because this project is a one-person project, and my programming skills are not particularly good. In addition, the game engine has a few restrictions. So not anything I have the ability to implement.”

About This Game

Void Foundation: Into The Void is a roguelite RPG game.

This game is very heavily inspired by SCP, Made in Abyss, Darkest Dungeon, 40K universe.
In this game, you will play as a void adventurer and join the Void Foundation. You will fight monsters in the void, extract void energy from them, collect monster materials to make equipment, and learn them... But be careful, a small misjudgment may lead to your death. But don't worry... because...

"Human beings think that the world behind the door is hell, but they never thought that human greed is the real hell."

On the eve of World War II, an unknown explorer discovered a void gate. It leads to an unknown new world. There are endless terrifying monsters and various magical relics,new energy sources,endless treasures inside. Convinced this explorer to choose not to seal this door to the void. But this behavior led all mankind to a completely different historical path.


"We Secure/Explore/Research the Void!! Our technology and magic will bring salvation to mankind!!"


Become a void adventurer, enter the terrifying void, find relics, defeat monsters, study them. And try not to die.

The void itself is dangerous enough, now you have to deal with these problems.
