About This Game

"The Candles of Veleria" is a horror adventure game that combines Japanese horror and puzzle-solving elements. Players take on the role of Veleria, a young girl suffering from severe mental illness, as she delves into nightmarish childhood memories in search of truth and redemption.

The game is divided into six chapters, each narrating a dark and tragic story through the experiences of six different individuals.

About Story

"Everyone's heart is like a candle, carrying a light to illuminate the path ahead."

"But... the harsh experiences accelerate the candle's burning, causing the wick to curl and form wax drips. If not trimmed in time, the flame will become weak or even extinguish."

Awakening in front of the ominous orphanage gates, the girl discovered a long-hidden secret amidst the swirling ashes of charred memories. The real orphanage had been consumed by fire many years ago. What remained was a bizarre world pieced together from fragments of recollection.

To uncover the truth, she pushed open the gates of this eerie realm. Within the building, everything was shrouded in peculiar darkness, where only the faint glow of candles could reveal the path beneath her feet...
