“We are a small, 3-person team and we initially created this game as part of a 12-hour Game Jam we did on a Twitch stream, and we loved it so much that we've moved on to actively developing it, as we're all personally massive fans of indie horror experiences! We're taking it to early access, however, as we want to use that to gauge interest, as well as to get feedback from the people who matter most - the people reading this, and the people who are interested in playing! You are investing in us as a team, and not just the game you've paid for.”

Hvor lang tid vil dette spil være i tidlig adgang?

“We are looking at working on Dolls' Domain for around 1 year before we come out of Early Access. We want to make sure the game is finished, polished, immersive, and enjoyable to our players before we even think about releasing version 1.0. We have many plans for the future of Dolls' Domain and we want to make sure we give ourselves enough time to implement all the features we want players to experience in a full release.”

Hvorledes kommer den fulde version til at være anderledes end produktet i tidlig adgang?

“We want to have a full story and experience that involves the entire dollhouse, and your exploration of it. How did you get here, and what are the creatures in there with you? We have a lot more planned for the game than that, but our plan for now is to get a complete story out alongside more rooms, more puzzles, and more creatures that each have their own mechanics you must tackle. We want to have a wide variety of mechanics within the dollhouse to keep you on your toes!”

Hvad er den nuværende tilstand for versionen med tidlig adgang?

“At the moment, we have 5 levels that rise in difficulty as you progress. These levels each have their own rooms, objects and puzzles you must complete in order to escape. There are two threats you must look out for at present. If you're looking for a challenge, you can turn up the difficulty settings or even go for the hardcore mode where you only have one life. You could also lower the settings for a more relaxed escape room experience.”

Ændrer spillets pris sig under og efter tidlig adgang?

“The price will increase as we supply new content and features, but we intend to only increase the amount when there's a justifiable update to support this, and we plan on making sure that the dates of any price increases are clearly communicated!”

Hvordan har I tænkt jer at involvere fællesskabet i jeres udviklingsproces?

“We plan on having multiple questionnaires, as well as some stream Q&A sessions on Twitch, to let the community pitch ideas as well as to give feedback on our ideas. We also have a Discord community where you can have your say and meet other members of the Not Evil Community, as well as chat with us, the developers!
