Varför Early Access?

“Heroes For Hire will need a lot of balancing and tweaking to get the systems right and I simply cannot do it on my own. While most of the base systems work, I'm planning on adding a swath of content that will need many players to really get right!”

“I can't really say for sure, I would doubt it takes more than 2 years. For the most part, the content I want to add is already planned out, and should not take too long to add.”

“I plan on including far more of everything. I don't want to make promises, but I'm planning around a scope of triple the current content of the demo. A lot has been designed and planned, it just needs to be implemented.
Systems wise, the demo is fairly complete, with some small changes I want to do.”

“As far as game content goes, the game is around 25% complete (planned). This includes skills, dungeons, items and equipment.
The game systems, which comprises most of the work, are about 90% complete at the moment.
Overall, around 40% of the planned content has been finished so far.”

“I plan on increasing the price slightly when early access is finished. No concrete numbers yet.”

Heroes For Hire is an incremental business management game focused around building a dungeon raiding guild from the bottom up with the GuildOS system.

Managing a guild won't be easy as it sounds, though! When running any business, you already have to worry about your employees, your customers, your finances and your living quarters.

Just imagine what could go wrong when you start bringing dungeons, fantasy and magic into the picture, too!

Do you have what it takes to run the number one guild in the county? If so, you can prove it by competing in tournaments and competitions with rival guilds to determine who really is Raiders Digest's top guild of the week!

Employees are the life blood of any business. After all, how are you going to raid dungeons when you don't have any dungeon raiders on the payroll?

Recruit and manage a team of heroes with their set of skills, personality and stats to help them during raids and tournaments.
Craft, buy and find equipment and weaponry that can tie-in roles and niches for the team and guild.
Make sure to keep the needs of your employees well met by adjusting their wages, schedule and living quarters.

Set up your heroes with the best equipment and items you can find, and go and let them explore some dungeons on their own when they're ready!

Make and upgrade your heroes' equipment using materials scavenged in raids and on gathering missions.
Craft the necessary tools needed to help your heroes out on their adventures, such as potions, bombs and relics.
Build the furniture needed to turn your guild from a shack to a castle fit for a hero of any calibre.

Of course, there's more to running a guild than just the heroes and finances—there's the guild itself, too!

Expand your guild's living quarters with furniture that has been bought, found and crafted.
Raise your guild's reputation to attract more guest merchants and services with stringent housing requirements.
Build more rooms to improve the quality of life for your heroes, and unlock some upgrades at the same time.

Remember, there's always room to grow and expand your guild! So...
