You are a robot, built by a dying robot to continue his life's work: bridging communities together, bringing prosperity to the islands, and ridding them of their fog problems. Ready-built with instructions on how to build, how to solve peoples needs, how to clear the fog, and basic combat routines, you were prepared for the task ahead. Your builder explained his own failures and successes, and as his parting gift, provides you with much of his last remaining power before sending you out to the islands.


FEATURES:

Handcrafted towns - Each town within the game is hand-built, crafted, and decorated independent of the uniquely generated world.

Uniquely Generated Worlds - Each new game generates with a uniquely generated world for the player to explore and shape alongside the story. These generated worlds contain islands that are uniquely generated and some hand built mixed in, chosen at random. Each island has the potential to contain resources, land, and even buildings to enter and explore.

Interactive shops and NPCs - Bridgelands features tens of robust and dynamic NPCs in the game that each have their own daily schedule and activities, traveling around their prospective areas, and to various buildings throughout the day. As you expand the story their activities may be expanded or changed. Shop characters may change their supply daily or weekly and expand their services over time if you help them. NPCs also have a relationship system. Speaking with them often, helping them with specific tasks and various other ways can increase your relationship over time which can grant you bonuses, particularly with NPCs that sell items.


Island Building Mode - From this mode you are able to customize your island and build the resources and workstations you will need. Build bridges, decor, electrical items and more from this building mode. You are also able to move items with precision after placement, shifting slightly as needed in many directions, as well as change variants of many items for decor variation.

Upgrade your Character - Upgrade your robot with various abilities, including double jumps, stronger armor, lava protection and more. Make your character unique with various cosmetics for your robot.

Multiple Combat Choices - Various types of swords, shields and magic staffs each with their own abilities and handling will let you fight how you want to. Whether you want to use a shield to block, or drop then shield and try to time enemy attacks and parry them for a double hit, you can adjust your play-style to your level.

Boss Fights - Uniquely designed custom boss fights each placed within the story to give you a goal to work for story chapters.

Full Fishing and Harvesting System - With various rods, baits, and upgrades you can visit various parts of the world to catch unique fish to use and sell to the traders on islands for Island Coin. You can also use mines to mine various materials, and cut down bushes and trees generated on the islands.

Full Farming System - A full farming system. Different types of bushes and trees produce different seeds to grow. With various ways of planting, speeding up plant growth and generally producing your own plants and wood you can build a growing empire of resources.

Various Workstation Items - From beekeeping, to seed mashing, wine making, bird management and more, you will have plenty of pathways to help various islanders and yourself.
