Souboje se dočkaly výrazného přepracování. Téměř každá animace byla znovu načasována či upravena a má plynulejší přechody, vylepšené načítání vstupu, přepracované zaměřování, reaktivnější rušení animace a výrazně vylepšený zpětný ráz, takže každý úder působí drsněji a uspokojivěji.

Nový systém vybavení

Enhanced Edition do hry vnáší zcela nový systém vybavení se 13 různými obleky, které si můžete odemknout pro Ryn. Každý oblek můžete doplnit různými silnými relikviemi, které vám umožní přizpůsobit Ryniny atributy a schopnosti podle svého preferovaného stylu nebo experimentovat s novými sestavami.

Nová obtížnost a režim NG+

Nový režim obtížnosti Journey nabízí vyváženější zážitek pro většinu hráčů. Když hru jednou dohrajete, můžete začít znovu díky Nové hře+, přičemž vám zůstanou všechny schopnosti, relikvie a obleky a budete čelit elitním nepřátelům se silnými novými schopnostmi, kteří poskytují svěží výzvu staronovým hráčům.

Ryniny pohyby jsou výrazně vyladěné, aby působily realističtěji, plynuleji a reaktivněji. Téměř všechny animace byly nově načasovány či aktualizovány, včetně nových mimických výrazů pro určité útoky a vylepšeného zážitku na ovladači s lepší haptikou a přiřazením tlačítek.
