Welcome to SWAPMEAT – the co-op action roguelite shooter where every kill makes you stronger... and stranger. Rip through hostile alien worlds, harvest mutant body parts mid-combat, and adapt faster than the enemies before they overwhelm you.

Rangus Meats is a galaxy-spanning megacorp whose innovations may or may not have triggered a galactic crisis, infesting worlds with aliens, mutants, and murderous robots.

Your job:

• Drop onto hostile planets teeming with absurd enemy oddities

• Complete Prime Directives and collect meat samples

• Swap out your body parts in real time

• Survive long enough to receive your employee evaluation

Every alien you harvest gives you new body parts with unique powers — triple-jump legs, turret-dropping torsos, grenade-launching turkey heads. Each fleshy extremity changes how you fight. Time is never on your side. The pressure never stops. Learn to live in the chaos or get — quite literally — torn apart by it.

Rip, swap, and mutate mid-combat. Every limb and extremity you graft changes your strategy instantly. Rapid adaptation isn't optional — it's a matter of survival. There are over 3,000 meat combinations available to players. Every part you graft changes your strategy instantly.

While roguelites like Risk of Rain 2 and co-op shooters like Helldivers 2 inspired our developers, the speed of core combat harks back to some of our favorite games, such as Quake 3, Serious Sam, and Overwatch. SWAPMEAT forces improvisation in ways we haven’t seen in traditional roguelites — you work with what drops and learn to thrive in unpredictability, while under constant siege by alien weirdos.

Waves of screwball enemies never stop coming. You dodge, shoot, and swap your way through escalating chaos while racing against time to complete objectives and bring back vital Meat Cores for Carl’s ongoing Smart Meat™ experimentations.
