Miksi Early Access?

At this stage players should be able to enjoy Brew Besties and have fun with it. However, there are a lot of ideas and features planned to be released in the future. The game also needs feedback on a larger scale than local university events. So even though the game is in "enjoyable" state, there are still many things that will be added and updated.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

It is planned to be released within a year or slightly less than that. However, it depends on players' reactions and developer satisfaction.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version will have more game mechanics, new ways to interact with ingredients, new ingredients, new levels, character customization, mouse & keyboard support and more.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The core of the game is finished. It is playable with minimum 2 and maximum 4 players. There are 10 levels (including 2 tutorials), 5 ingredients (including enchanted versions) and 4 different character models (non-customizable for now).

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

No, the game will not change the price after Early Access (However, the price might change during the Early Access depending on the player feedback)

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We are planning to involve the Community through the Discord server, Steam forums, Instagram and other social networking services which will serve as a place to report bugs, suggest new ideas and general feedback.

Brew Besties is a couch co-op top-down game where 2-4 players have to brew potions and deliver them to impatient customers. Play through unique and interesting worlds, ranging from outer space, Japanese gardens and frozen snowlands! Every world comes with unique obstacles that will challenge your teamwork. Get enough points and gather all three starts per stage to make you and your friends become the true Brew Besties

In this chaotic family game you need to work together to brew potions by helping each other prepare ingredients, managing the cauldron’s fire, gathering firewood and reaching remote areas. Use your throwing ability to throw other players, whether to be helpful, or not, is up to you! But remember, both strategy and communication are essential for success.
