Defend ourselves from that grotesque vision of flesh and metal that was advancing overwhelmingly over the city, deploying aberrant creatures that flooded our streets and devoured everything in their path. No, there was no way to defend ourselves against it. The self-preservation protocol kicked in and paralyzed us, stopping us from facing certain death. But we were left vulnerable to annihilation. It was then that we saw him. In the distance, the silhouette of a robot showed us the way. Tetsuo, the first to take to the sky to defend Mech-city.
